Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Email our support team at support@viaeast.in to initiate a return request. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
2. Self-Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you can self-ship the package to the following address:  VIA EAST, 2396, 15th B Cross, HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore 560102
3. Tracking Details: After shipping the package, please email the tracking details to support@viaeast.in.

Important Notes:

• Ensure that the products are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
• The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per our policy.
